CARNEVALE VERGENNES 2019 RECAP:
More than 200 people packed the Vergennes Opera House for an evening of costumes, entertainment, games and community spirit. In the past six years this event has raised more than $100,000 to support the Vergennes Opera House, Vergennes Partnership and Boys & Girls Club of Greater Vergennes. These organizations are vital to our community and your continued support demonstrates that you believe the same.
To date (3.24.19), Carnevale Vergennes 2019 has raised $24,000 to be shared between the three beneficiary non-profits! AND…we are on track to surpass the $30,000 mark once all of the Experiences have sold through the balance of the year! Check out the Carnevale Vergennes Experiences here!
SINCEREST OF THANKS TO everyone who attended, and the people, businesses and organizations that made the evening possible: Jeniah Johnson and Tom Sheeran, Andrew and Jeff Fritz, “In Memory of Garry Simpson, the grandfather of the Opera House restoration”, National Bank of Middlebury, Gary Lange Law Office, NFP Property & Casualty Insurance (formerly Foote’s Insurance), Moriah Houndsell Photography, Rice Lumber, media sponsor WVTK 92.1, Addison Repertory Theater at Hannaford Career Center, Kurt Plank of North Station Millworks, Dana Ambrose Photography, The Schaefer Family, RPM: Restoration Performance Motorcars and the Markowski Family, H.J. LeBoeuf & Sons Contractors and Builders, Vergennes Animal Hospital, Lizbeth and Timothy Ryan, Amanda Bodell and Jeffry Glassberg and Jackman Fuels.
